Hi Miku, hope you are finding more peace resting in the hotel. I understand how hard it is to be social distancing but as human we are resilient. I do different types of yoga (yin, vinyasa, pilates) and meditate with crystals when the situation takes a toll on my mental. Also spending time star/moon gazing, taking care of my plants helped a lot too =- ) Hope you bounce back quickly =- )
