Thank God i came across this. Needed something quick to do with my sweet tats and thighs. This was heaven sent. I have some homemade hot pepper relish to add to the dish.

Hands down delicious!!!! I had to make some changes because it’s hard to find some things here. I had some frozen pomegranate arils and used these with this recipe. I didn’t have a shallot so I used green onions and a tiny touch of microplaned garlic. I couldn’t find b/s thighs so I used trimmed thighs and baked it for a half hour before introducing the sweet potatoes. The flavors are amazing! So bright and just exotic enough to make an otherwise boring Sunday chicken dinner special. Thank you for sharing this recipe!

This is delicious!! I had to leave out the cumin. I can't have it. I have to ask. Back on A Lyon in the Kitchen you made a roast duck breast with grapes. It was absolutely gorgeous. Any chance of re-creating that one?
