A special pickle cum gojju recipe for spice lovers. There will be plenty of bird eye chillies at farms, which otherwise wasted. we can prepare a spicy tokku by using them. Here is the recipe. The main ingredients used are bird eye chillies, slat, jaggery and tamarind to balance the taste. Spices used are hing, methi seeds and mustard seeds. Curry leaves also added. Oil, red chilly pieces and mustard seeds are required for tempering.
Bird eye chillies, salt, jaggery and tamarind are added in equal proportion, to balance the taste.
