A spicy and hearty variation of short ribs. This easy version uses the Cuisinart Multicooker and makes clean up easy as well as keeping the house cool on a hot summer day. We will serve this over some nice cheesy mashed potatoes this evening. For those people that do not like the spice, you can eliminate the chili paste.
