Spicy Chicken Sandwich
-1.5-2lb of Chicken Tenders
-3Tbsp Pickle Juice
-1 Cup Franks Hot Sauce
-Sliced Cheese of your Choice
-Hamburger Buns
-Seasoning: 1.5 tsp Kinder Buttery Steakhouse, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, 3/4 Tsp onion Powder, Salt and Pepper to Taste.
-Broccoli
-Olive Oil
Direction:
- Remove the tendons and trim any fat off of your meat. Then generously seasoning both sides of your tenderloin with the buttery steakhouse seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place all your chicken into a large ziplock bag. Then your hot sauce and pickle juice. Seal the bag close and make sure to give it a good shake before putting it into the fridge to marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Once your meat has finished marinating, remove it from the fridge and preheat a large skillet on medium heat. Add about 1tbsp of olive oil to your pan and allow that to heat up before placing your meat into the skillet.
- Allow the chicken to cook for 4 minutes before flipping your chicken over to the other side and letting it cook for 3 more minutes. The last minute, put about 2tbsp of water into the pan and cover to make sure the meat cooks all the way through. The internal temper should be 165 before removing from the skillet.
Roasted Broccoli:
1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.
2. Wash and cut the florets off the stock, and cut down to desired size.
3. Add broccoli to an oven safe baking dish, and add 1.5tbsp of olive oil, 3/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/2tsp salt, and 1/2 pepper. Once the ingredients are well combine place in oven and allow them to cook for 20 minutes.
