Spicy Garlic and ginger Meatballs 💥

Meatballs
1 lb 96/4 ground beef
1 tsp Fresh grated Ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
¼ of a medium onion shredded
¼ of a bell pepper Shredded
Salt and Pepper to taste
Sauce
¼ Cup Soy Sauce
1 Tbs honey
1 Tbs Sriracha
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 tsp Cornstarch
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
Cooked Jasmine Rice
optional: Toasted sesame seeds and green onions
In a large bowl add the beef, ginger, garlic, onion, bell pepper, salt, and pepper. Give this a really good mix with your hands, and then separate into 2 oz balls. Spray a muffin pan with some spray oil and place each one in a cup. Bake these in the oven at 350’F for about 30 minutes.
(I broiled mine for an additional 5 to give them a crust)
In a small bowl add the soy sauce, honey, sriracha, ginger, cornstarch, garlic, and sesame oil. Give this a really good whisk to combine and then add to a pan over med heat. Only cook this for a couple minutes until it becomes slightly thick. Remove from the pan and set aside. (If sauce thickens to much, use stalk or water to thin out)
