Delicious looking shrimp big cat. In southwest louisiana we eat a lot of shrimp. I could have shrimp cooked a different way every day and never get tired of it, so many ways to cook it. Here we boil, fry, grill, etouffee, gumbo, you name we do it

I saw you said you used pvc pipe for the extended legs and some couplers and angled parts for the feet. Could you make a short close up video on exactly how those pieces fit together?

How did you extend the legs of the bbq that way please?

Hey D.P., I just got some PVC, and 3 couplers and cut to size. I pulled out the slanted pegs that came with the 3 short legs of the Acorn and put them at the bottom of the new PVC. And painted the PVC matte black of course. Don't ask me what size PVC, it's been years since I made them and the Acorn is at my house in Orlando. It's actually pretty sturdy.

You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey's uh, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich…

Those look amazing great video again I like to put some Tony chachere's original Creole seasoning bold or spicy hot instead of cayenne pepper would be worth the try keep the great videos coming and my goodness you made me hungry I love me some shrimp. I also had to laugh when you said two squirts minced garlic because I use the same sing before the you just used.

I've seen that on the shelves before but never tried it. I go through seasoning pretty quick so I'll give this a shot. Thanks for the tip...

@@cookingwithbigcat They also have some nice sandwhich sauces. I like the creole sauce & put it lightly on baked salmon. Here is their website. Under single quantaties page two has the creole sandwhich sauce. You can find everything at this site. www.tonychachere.com/

Thanks Esquire, I made them myself out of PVC. Pretty easy actually. Just need to find the right size couple/pvc. Measured so the height of the grate is your standard stove/grill top height of around 36". And used the angled bottom feet that fit right inside the PVC. Painted matte black. Hope this helps...
