This is actually a pretty popular way to eat Maggi instant noodles in Malaysia. It’s also my favourite way to eat. We call it Maggi kuah sikit (less broth Maggi).

Do not make this dish, you guys. It is WAY too salty with the whole pack of dry flavor at the end - if you wanna make it spicier, add hot sauce and half a pack of the seasoning, then make it like he describes. If you add the whole seasoning pack, it will be a salty as the brine of the Dead Sea, especially if it’s Shin. (No hate tho - your content is fabulous I’m just forewarning all of yall about this bc I’ve tried it before)

@@SKZ_fan_forever Factually right, the cup versions have 1350-1520mg of sodium (normal shin and shin black) But to be fair, 930mg of sodium for the normal one is still too salty for a diet (A bit less than half the recommended daily intake in one packet of seasoning), not for the taste tho indeed.

Caribbean woman here these are my favourite Ramen noodles. It's originally spicy but I'm always looking for ways to elevate. I did not use the egg however I had a Costco rotisserie chicken Shreds, I added frozen peas and corn, cilantro and a little parsley. Literally it was fantastic

As someone who is a fan of a nice "semi dry" noodle, i made buldak original noodles with broth for the first time and was shocked by the amount of spicy that was no longer present. I probably wont be eating it the broth way again as i love the spice.

I do that except I try to reduce the sauce with broth more by heating it up on the stove. Add more chili powder, some dried shrimp, a bit of oyster sauce, and some fried shallots and garlic. A bit more work but I try to eat cup noodles once a week so it's a bit of a treat.

me and my brother used to do this with shin ramyun except the water was replaced with sesame oil, to form a kind of paste, and then we added boiled eggs cut in half. it was pretty good in my opinion

just buy ramen/noodles thats made without using broth, like indomie goreng/samyang thats made to be eaten without broth and theyre better. if u use a ramen thats supposed to have broth, it will be very salty without it so best to make the ones u buy how its suppose to be made

I boil mine and use less water, meaning less broth. Almost to the point that it fries the noodles. Add a tablespoon each of sesame oil and soy sauce too every time. Oil will help if you boil out too much water and they actually do fry lol
