This is the best 5 minute tip I've seen in a long time! It really helps to break down impacts (splashes?) to the elements.

I always appreciate the simplicity of the techniques. Ur vids have helped me stay in the flow of music creation instead of getting lost in the bottomless possibilities within Ableton and the hundreds of vsts.

I've found that I can smash out music arrangements wayyyy faster by not overcomplicating things... So much so that once the framework is there, it's easier to really hone into sound design because I have an idea of what I want to fit in there. Instead of starting in the opposite direction.

Hello Oscar, and enormous thanks for the work you do. I've build exploratory lo-fi semi-modular system some years now and at this point getting a lot of insight from your teaching. In my system the way sound is being prosessed is totally different as I don't use computers to generate sound, and signal path is full of surprises due to my fragmented skill set with electronics. Still the general ideas seem to translate well. Enjoy you work and keep on.

a really useful tutorial, very explicative i like a ton this type of step by step sound design techniques, maybe you can do more about processing kicks, percs, hi end, showing also what processing you like on these certain elements. Keep It real ! ⚡

Hi Oscar, love your videos! Was wondering if you have any insights on the part of of producers that wants to perform and DJ - do you think they need to learn how to DJ on the regular Pioneer system, or do you have any suggestions about other ways to go... I guess it's a different approach than just a "regular" performing DJs that are not producers? Thank you

Hello Oscar, thanks for this tuto ! I find LFO tool very useful since you introduce it i use it a lot. Only problem, how can you move the last point on the graph ? The release ? Separatedly from the first please ? (the foot of the attack) I use it on some sub bass or kick and this result of a click we can hear. Thansk !
@OscarUnderdog

the click happens when your volume envelope jumps instantly, like a vertical line. So just move nodes around to make small fades. Remember you can make new points on the LFOtool and drag those around!
