Will, I have two videos ideas or things I'd be interested in: 1.Video about lifts/exercises if you were training a combat sports athlete 2.Athleticism speed run(basically, if you could go back in time what non negotiable exercises would you have done that brought you to where you are today in a more time efficient fashion).

The longer I coach/train, the more I feel that way about talking to people about training. It's nice to hear someone else say it.

Front squat is so hard for me compare to back squat but they are fun. Also it feels like one of the best abs exercise I did it 3 days ago and my abs still very sore.

3:17 sorry that that's been your experience, but your brevity here made me lol. BTW thanks for the Hoss Project E-Book, just wrapping up week 2 of the first phase with a friend and it has been a great balance of challenging and enjoyable. heard you mention it in vids, how often do you do steady state cardio btw?

Id love to spin a yarn with you about training. It would be sick. I do think talking to casual training folk (who go to gym but don't really understand or push training but enjoy it etc) as a good teaching tool if they are inquisitive and you're not a ego driven wanker coming from a "I'm the man" place. Side note you are an absolute beast mate!

As a physical therapy student, please make a video about how we could improve when working with athletes or people who train seriously! I know there is a lot of bs in this profession! 😂 Good video 🫡

What’s physio’s job description? It’s to diagnose injuries yeh? Once you have done that and provide 100 clam shells then refer it to exercise physiologist or strength and conditioning coach because thats outside of your job description. Plain and simple.

@@jacklauren9359 in belgium a PT is actually also a clinical exercise physiologist. We do rehab for orthopedic injuries as well as rehab people for all sorts of organ issues (heart, lungs). S&C coaches are not educated on the impact of medications on exercise so we dont have them rehab sick people.

I am an AT and PT. Train seriously yourself, know when you're in your lane and when you are not. PTs under prescribe weight, volume, have no idea how to do a return to play rehab , have shitty cookie cutter exercise selection, reps x sets, basically just being lazy. In a natural normal distribution, half of physios will be below average at their job, and average isn't a high bar. Seek opportunities to work with this market and if you are genuinely passionate about training and rehab i think you'll figure it out yourself nicely

I feel the same way about talking about training with people. I had this guy at work today talking about how much tren and test he blast and then want to talk to me about training. Just turned into an awkward situation where I was just nodding my head as I painfully wanted him to stop, where his best advice was as eat like a fat boy, lift heavy, and don’t be a pussy haha😂

I can get really annoyed when it feels like people bring up fitness but then lose momentum. I’m curious about pretty much anybody’s fitness journey, but I see so many people bring it up and then get self conscious. No idea how to encourage people to feel safe with that disclosure but I’ll keep inviting it and listening the best I can
