making those stands was some really good forethought. get well before you come back to this. a body needs time to heal so give yourself that time. healed, you'll enjoy the project more. thanks for this update.

i built my own stand also.i put ajustment threads on my casters so it could help line the clutch up better. i use to use a A frame. but found it easier to use the stand. i would be pulling my hair out with the wiring you have. all i have is old stuff. pretty cool the price of the parts though.

Howard you did it the right way by adding threads for adjustment. I got in a hurry and threw those together with what I had, but that would have made it a lot easier. The wiring isn't that bad. It just seems like a lot at first. Thanks for the input, and I hope all is well on the farm!

isn't it crazy some of the most involved jobs in time required (if done yourself) are usually some of the cheapest. I actually feel bad about that sometimes as a ten year mechanic in the way as one components (sometimes) could be better engineered to be less time consuming for removal and replacement.

Yeah, I've seen some ass of nine engineering as a mechanic as well. People like us deal with it all the time in the field, and I too, often feel bad for the customer. This one was an oversight in my opinion. It's a common problem on the L series Kubotas, so hopefully this video (when complete) will help folks do it themselves. Thanks for watching Josh, I hope all is well for ya. take care

here's hoping... jobs like that are fun if needed to be done yourself because the work in shops can get expensive quickly.
