I like to really shake the glassline product. If it is applied thick enough it makes really cool bubbles!

What full fuse schedule do you use? I have never tried the glassline paint before I have the starter set and I want to experiment and need to get a firing schedule to try. I have a lot of practice float to try. Thanks

I used this schedule, but since I used Bullseye, not float you have to adjust your schedule: Segment 1 222°C/hr (400°F) → 677°C (1250°F) 30 min Segment 2 333°C/hr (600°F) → 804°C (1480°F) 10 min Segment 3 999°C/hr (999°F) → 482°C (900°F) 60 min Segment 4 83°C/hr (150°F) → 371°C (700°F) End

Did you place the second piece of glass on top of the glass line or under the whole piece? I love what you’ve created - a brilliant use for my glass line, will be trying this very soon.

Thank you, observe that I already sponged a layer of Glassline (and let it dry) all over the sheet glass before the video begins. I say it in the text - but many watchers didn´t observe it. I do not use any colored glass at all, only clear.

Thanks for your reply, yes I did see that. But you could use the same technique on coloured glass? I only have black and white paint at the moment but will try it anyway.
@lenabeckeus6322

I haven´t tried it on colored glass (but I assume it would work). The stencils will slide more on sheet glass, but one way to prevent this is to apply a thin layer of some glass painting medium on your sheet glass and let it dry, before you put the stencils on top of your sheet glass. At least I think so

Thank you for sharing. Your videos give always some inspiration and the willing of trying it :) Now a question, in the end, do you top the clear sheet of glass or do you put the stencilled one on top of a clear?

Lena, is this done on a blue glass or on clear that has been sponged with blue? If sponged, do you fire it before stenciling?
@lenabeckeus6322

jacksonsoco , it was sponged. Look in the beginning of the video. I think I said so. It wasn´t fired before stenciling

Just beautiful! Do you put the clear sheet of glass on top of the dried painted design before firing? Many thanks for the great tutorials.💜
@lenabeckeus6322

Thank you, no the painting is made on top of two 3 mm of clear, so no clear on top. If you want a super glossy surface you can sift a thin layer of clear powder on top
