・Cane sugar 50g
・Butter 60g
・Dry yeast for polysaccharide 4g
・Baking soda 1g (1/4 teaspoon)
・Milk 70ml
・Vinegar 10ml
・1 egg
For topping
・Drained yogurt (appropriate amount)
・Beet sugar (appropriate amount)
・Fruit (of your choice)
Oven temperature and baking time:
Preheat to 200℃. Place in oven at 200℃ for about 15 to 20 minutes.
