A boat is a must have thing for me. I had to fish out of a kayak for a couple years. As long as you're on the water!

The weather here has been about the same, either raining or too windy to get out in the kayak. Man those Stripers are such hard fighters. Nice mixed bag of bass with a channel cat and a Flathead to boot. Good stuff Dana… as usual !

Did you mark bait or stripers before you fished that point, Dana?

I had been seeing shad spawning on points in that area, but didn't see much on the points that I caught the fish.

@@jimb3457 It's a simple buck tail jig. A lead head and some hair. No mystery. Go buy any buck tail jig, any of them will work.

Been out every weekend and still can’t catch a stripper. I keep getting some nice sized spotted. Have to be that guy, but do you all fish even more north of Browns Bridge? Me and my friend keep going around there in hopes of catching one thinking that’s North enough. Without giving away good stops would y’all recommend to fish even more north of Browns Memorial Bride?
@FCPFishing
Жыл бұрын
Yes, that’s not far enough north. Although as the water temps get warmer the fish will head south to the deeper water. There’s not many up here right now. It’s best up here in the winter months.

For some damn reason YT keeps unsubbing me from your channel. It's not like I don't watch the videos I watch at least one a month so I'm not a dead beat sub 🫤 This is the second time I can remember having to re-sub
