My original walther pps .40 I personally carried for 10 years has a dual feed ramp, and it absolutely disliked projectiles with exposed lead or rubber/plastic tips. Walther PPS was replaced with Bodyguard 380 and in 2012 which was replaced with Sig 365x in early 2023. Recently the FN Reflex was purchased and now stands above the rest.

Bought a Hellcat Pro, loved it so I picked up a FDE OSP, I LOVE the OSP version. I had heard that it was “Snappy’ but I didn’t find that to be the case at all. I did try an FN Reflex. Seemed well constructed, felt good, but the trigger was too light for me to be comfortable with as a carry pistol. Have you seen the new Ammo Federal Just announced . They say it was designed along with Springfield for the Hellcat. It’s a 124gr Federal “ Punch “ round.

Maybe a decent video idea if you haven’t already. 10 round flush fit G43 size on shadow 10 round similar size on P365.

After purchasing my edc kimber micro 9, all metal mini 1911, i tight that was it, i did have issues with misfiring, but Kimber service did a great job and corrected the issue, shots better with higher grain than 115, so i tested the fn reflex at my range, and grip and trigger pull just jumped right out to me, it just felt great in my hand.. and i want going to pick one up because of the polymer features but it's all about how it feels and how it shoots.. no problems with the lower left POI issues, thank God.. Been reading other comments about the lower left issues but mine shoots fine..great video comparison, didn't like the hellcat, just too snappy for me.the fn reflex grip and trigger pull won me over...

Another solid comparison. Looking into both of those, and the 365. My brother has had a 365 for over 5 years and pocket carry’s it daily with no issues. I’ve been sporting the 238 for years in the pocket and iwb. I’ve tried larger guns, but I always seem to go to large. I honestly wish CZ would cram the p10s down this small with that capacity 😂. Love that gun, but it prints too much for me and it’s not a pocket 9. Thanks again for the great videos

Is there any red or green dot Optics that will sit on the Hellcat without the need of a plate that have multiple reticle options? I'm getting the Hellcat really soon and I'm looking to put an optic on it and I was really wanting a holosun 507k but it requires a plate which raises the optic enough where you cannot co-witness the iron sights from what I understand which is a bummer, and I'm having a hard time finding one with the correct shoe print that would also have multiple reticle options and Co Witnesses with the iron sights, but at the same time the dot does not land on the front sight but above it

How does the Reflex compare to the P365 or CSX? Is it as easy to rack as the CSX? What about accuracy and shootability? I love the P365 and its derivatives, but I'm also considering a Reflex. Would it be a good EDC choice for someone with small hands or hand strength/muscle rigidity issues?

I've had 3 Reflexes (Long story) and all of them had problems. I bought it to replace my G43. I love the FN grip, I love the sights, and the trigger is pretty good from the factory. All of them had failure to feed problems. One would have a soft strike about every 3rd round. We tried 5 different types of ammo and 9 different magazines. We put about 200 rounds through each gun. All of them would shoot low left no matter who was shooting it. I put Holosun 507k red dots on 2 of them and I had the elevation up maxed out and it still wouldn't bring the POI up to POA. I put a laser bore sight cartridge in them and it would not line up with the iron sights. It showed low left on all of them. The same laser bore sight lined up perfectly in all of my other handguns. I sold 2 of them and the 3rd one has been at FN since September for repair, in hopes that I can at least have one good one. That was 3 months ago and it's still not fixed.

One thing to keep in mind, after coming from a striker fired pistol. The FN Reflex is a hammer gun. Internal hammer. That's what causes that longer reset that Spn mentioned in the video. Handled one at a store and it's got a good feel to the trigger. So it seems like it's a pretty good system. It's just... different, if you've gotten used to primarily shooting striker fires.
