In the NBA, especially the Spurs, you have to be willing to sacrifice and play what position is being asked of you. I understand he already did this in college but still I hope this doesn't become a problem for him in the long run. Exciting times ahead! GO SPURS GO!

Although adding another ball handler would help in this scenario. if the stars align we have a solid core.

But I am confident Blake Wesley and his super speed will prove to be in Year 3 the future starting PG for the Spurs. Actually they’re looking at his teammate Tristen Newton who actually played PG and started for UConn. He’s a true PG Castle is not. He wants to be but Tristen is who the Spurs are looking to pick up in the second round with one of those second round picks they have. Also if they really want a defensive stopper they should take that other second round pick and package it with future 2 second round picks to trade up and snag Ryan Dunn late first round. They can still do whatever their heart desires with those two first round lottery picks. Based on availability and if Risacher isn’t around by the time 4 comes around I would get Reed Shepard or Dilly at 4 and Salaun at 8, then Tristen and Dunn in the second round. Sure I would like to have Sarr and Risacher but let’s get real here the above mentioned is the best scenario for the Spurs this coming draft.
