Just a quick tip for the NLAW (Not very relevant almost a fun fact) The NLAW is able to -effectively- hit targets of around 900m. You can do this by aiming with the top of the black line below the red arrow. If you place that line over the target you can hit a target 900m away with what could be a top down attack as it will mostly hit the top of the vehicle. It is not really needed as the target basically has to be 900m exactly and it cant be used in a lot of situations.

@@Gorlami14 I think that the way u you set up the anti tank guide made sense as each type of launcher doesn't really differ that much. But since there are lots of different vehicle types i think it would make sense to group them into two videos, one for anti-infantry vehicles and one for tanks. Since tanks are bound to play different due to their differing speed and deeper complexity. Not to mention the tank sights and rangefinding methods which at first glance in the range look much more confusing than the launchers.

2 extremely important beginner skills are needed to learn RPG is ranging distance then knowing the markers on the RPG for different distances. Step 1: Go to Jenson's range and put a tank at 100m. Use the height of the main cannon and ground as reference for a common man's height. Anytime you see a tank, you have a reference point for ranging at 100m. Match that reference point to something in your RPG's reticle. It usually has a distance for 2 common man's height or 1. Half of that reference is 50 meters. Double that reference is 200 meters, so on and so forth. Once you have the range go to step 2 Step 2: Set the range of the RPG at 100m and shoot your rpg at pinpoint targets at 100, 75, 50, 25 meters. Keep in mind which markers on your reticle will hit those targets accurately. Since you already know the range of the target, just use the markers you just learned. Each RPG is different on those markers, tandem and high explosive rockets can vary on those markers. Test each RPG and take note of the markers Congratulations, you have now learned how to range using reticle reference distances. This this a starting off point into RPGs and also snipers

It's pretty easy to hit 750 and 1km targets with NLAW too if you use the proper point of aim. NLAW reticle, the tip of the red "V" seems to be more for aiming above the vehicle or at least on the turret. Aiming high is the way to go within "effective" range. Also it appears OWI finally added "self-destruct" range to most of these AT rounds, so they disappear(unrealistically, since they should explode) a bit past supposed effective range. Impact from smoke round can one-shot an enemy beyond arming distance(don't ask me why it needs to arm to destroy someone when shot from recoiless rifle) if you hit the torso(exactly 100 damage). Regarding shooting logi - you can shoot logi on your own with rifle if you use the doubledamage bug(supply crates count as a separate hitbox).

The RPG-26 and the AT-4 are my favorite, they can hurt medium VICs pretty well, due to their LAT nature they aren't as much pressure, plus they are pretty simplistic. For HATs I like the Canadian Carl Gustav, the RPG-28, and the RPG-29, all for the same reasons, all of them fly straight, or their sight is simple. Either way I like playing AT. Another thing I like is using HAT's when there are no Heavy Vehicles, because I think it's funny to absolutely obliterate a Striker or BTR with a RPG-29 or something similar, because it's funny.

Had no idea with the M3 about the sighting, as it doesn't really make sense. Since it's a recoilless rifle, the round should be losing velocity making each BDC line unique, not universally adding 50m no matter the range. Is the round(s) we shoot from it rocket assisted in real life? Even if they are, you'd need to have a compensatingly increasing rocket thrust for every meter of distance traveled to compensate for the velocity loss perfectly so that the BDC lines stay 50m apart all the way out to the 1050m range, which is like not possible with a solid stage rocket, so it must just be a really oversimplified mechanic, great to know though even if it violates physics!

The AT-4 is not a rocket. It´s a fin-stabilised anti armour round. It is not rocket powered or rocket assisted. The NLAW is not purely British. It was developed jointly by Sweden and the United Kingdom. It is also not a rocket. It´s a guided anti tank missile with a tandem top attack warhead. Although, as correctly stated, it is guided based on a predicted line of sight principle or direct attack mode intended to be used on soft skin vehicles or hovering helicopters.
