In this video Seb Weenink is taking you through some solo drills for any level. Focussing on hitting straight. Hitting the ball straight is a key factor in the game of squash and doing solo exercises can really help you groove your skill level. Make sure every time you do a solo training you do it with intent. The minutes are less important compared to the effort you put in. Not practice makes perfect, but DEEP practice will develop your skill level much more effectively.
