atg wouldnt do anything for him lol, squatting to parallel wouldnt even be necessary for him since he needs to be able to jump higher and half/quarter squats are way better to increase your vert

@@dylanlabelle1898 not on the last one and in the first one he doesn’t go past 90. But the first one is whatever cause some people only squat to 90. Just the last one wasn’t all the way down

@@isaacwhittington3471 no point of going past 90 unless you're just tryna impress people

@@BigDraco123 there is actually going just below 90 allows you to load some of the weight onto your hamstrings and gluteals and ultimately makes you stronger. Don’t go to 90 you only working your quads mainly and are more likely to get injured.

@@isaacwhittington3471 wrong, everyone is different. You want to go at LEAST (or at most as well for some ppl) 90 degrees and only go slightly below if you can keep your spine in a natural curve. Or else u can put too much pressure on ur ccocyx and lumbar spine as well as cause muscular and skeletal injuries. Going 90 is ideal for most people. If you have proper form all of your muscles in your legs will be activated and not just your glutes and quads smh
