Hello, I loved the video. For future expeditions, bring with you a small game bag. The bags that you shove deer parts into. Use those for bresthability with your mushrooms. Let those spores breathe and propagate. You'll have some delicious and plentiful mushrooms for the next year.

@@SpiritoftheOutdoors My neighbor had a pile of dirt brought in and dumped right close to our landline that apparently had some pawpaw seeds in it. There was a bunch of the bushes growing out of the pile. I had used the googles and decided that they were pawpaw plants. I was looking forward to seeing what the fruit was gonna look like.... then the rascal spread his dirt out a couple of years back and wiped out the whole shebang! I got plumb depressed about it! The nerve of that feller!! Spreading his own dirt without asking me if it was okay...

Good day in the woods Jus , we love quick boil n fried squirrel , shake in bake squirrel to. I picked up a scope at a yard sale few months back $5 guy said he couldnt get it to sight in i put it on my savage 22 and 5 shots hitting head of squirrel target at 33 yards . Been in 80s up here in Michigan, but planning a bow hunt this weekend and squirrel hunt the next weekday getter cooler weather. We deal with fleas n ticks on them fox squirrel. But im sure Roscoe wouldn't mind that squirrel leg or part that was "ify" fully boiled of course or your chickens. Paw paw never had em but they grow up here , you might have a spice bush there. ? But ya good hunt but i will only use my 22 less noise, keeps cost of ammo down , bucket of 22 ammo 2 thosand rounds $79 last me years. Anyways enjoy dem squirrel, i agree with someone else do a cookin vid on squirrel. Oh and i now u probably dont have alot of time but what i like to do in all this leaf cover we got is sit in a good spot in am and pm them i see please squirrel that way and once i can shoot 1 if i see where it fell i leave and or sometimes i retrieve, but go back to sitting and in no time more will come, just how grad paw should me. And as the leaves begin to fall i really enjoy the stalk but ill do both as well. Its all good fo sure. Awe right den. God bless ya'll

I have a strong stomach, but I almost puked! It was literally rotting to death!! The smell was just terrible!! The poor squirrel hardly had any hair left. Almost every square inch of its body was crawling with them things!!The Game Wardens will say that bot fly larvae won't hurt the meat or really hurt the squirrel. That is just plain wrong!

@@SpiritoftheOutdoors it's been amazing since the Duck Dynasty and the Mountain Men show on History channel the amount of "country boys" have popped up playing dress up, they give us bad names, there bunch of Walmart made folks running around acting like trash, shooting and killing stuff they don't eat and won't use just because somehow in their minds that is what they of back woods people. All my kin we grew up raising and growing and hunting for most of what we ate, same as our great great grandparents did in that same holler, we are so much a part of that land there is a deep love and respect for it, but they just don't understand and act foolish. No matter how much they dress up and try to play the game for us it is in our soul, they can't fake that
