Ingredients
Flour - 2 cups ( 250 grams)
Salt 3/4 tsp
Oil - 1 1/2 tblsp
gradually add water as required
Knead well for 6-8 minutes.
apply some oil and rest for 2-3 hrs.
divide the dough into equal size balls (8 or 9 balls) rest for another 30 minutes.
Filling
Potatoes - 2 boiled
Onion, garlic, green chillies
Salt, turmeric, chilli flakes
Canned tuna ( small )
Spring onion, pepper
