Thanks for the video it was very informative! If I might make a suggestion, rethink the music. It’s very distracting while listening to your commentary.

Thanks for sharing your set up. I am planning the same system. I presume you are in your basement or another indoor space, can you share how you are venting steam on brew day?

I just purchased the same 2V system myself in the 20 gallon version. Just to verify, they do come with the temperature probes already installed into the heating elements correct? Mine came with 2 extra temperature probes that I’m assuming can be used if you add an extension? Also the temp readings on my displays seem all over the place. I can all cold water to both of my kettles and the displays may read 70 degrees on one and 110 on the other just as an example. Is there a way to reset the temps? Turning the unit off does not seem to correct the issue. Hmmm... thanks

This is a product from Loc Line. You'll need another adapter to connect to your hoses or mash tun, but check this out: www.amazon.com/Loc-Line-Coolant-Circle-Nozzle-Piece/dp/B00065UDB0/ref=sr_1_13?crid=3B46F0VB7KCB6&dchild=1&keywords=loc+line+1%2F2&qid=1601558740&sprefix=loc+line+1%2Caps%2C150&sr=8-13

So do you need to buy basically 3 extensions cords separately to be able to hook everything up and operate this? Assuming you 220 outlet isn’t at the exact table level. I don’t want to order this then not be able to operate it then have to go and order cords after the fact. I’m also assuming the extension cord on their site works to hook up both the kettle or the controller to the wall?

You can run this setup without purchasing an extension cord as long as your 30amp 220 outlet is at brew table height. If you need an a cord for that, it is just a standard 30 amp cord with proper prong layout you can buy from Lowes/Home Depot.

You can absolutely use this right out of the box if your height to your 220 outlet is adequate. You may need a 220 extension cord if you aren't brewing directly in front of the outlet. The cords on the element are short, but are still enough to connect right up to the controller male to female connections. If you want more space between the two kettles as I did, SS dells the extension cords with the additional 1/8" plug for the temp probe. The extension cord that goes to the wall outlet can be one purchased at Lowes/Depot.

How much space do we need to set up this system?

This 10 gal system could fit on a table top or work bench easy. The top I made for this is 2'x6' approximately
