Decided to start up my own little watch review channel. Trying to be different than the usual reviewers by injecting a touch more personality and less specs and statistics. I'm still figuring it all out so please do criticize away!
And yes I realize the desktop angle is a touch out of focus at times, I've replaced a lot of that with insert footage of the watch so you don't have to look at a blur. It's all work in progress. I did think about not posting this at all as it contains a few unpolished areas but at the same time I rather like the rough edges .. and i think it might be fun to see this grow as I do more.
So apologies for the roughness, I can only try harder next time but all the same here is my review of the Stührling Depthmaster 883. A nice, comfortable and affordable watch that takes its roots in the Rolex Submariner line but has enough of its own traits to be its own watch. I rather hop Stührling will be a company that sticks around and grows but only time will tell (hehe ... get it?!). And I do rather like wearing this watch.
I am doing some work with a local watch maker 'Roldorf &Co' and hope to bring you some interesting videos of podcasts all about the finer points of watch making, and specifically their place in history .. with emphasis on British history.
Makes of watches I will review in future: Omega, Bremont, Various microbrands and obscure watches from the deep. I'm also a 3D artist .. so I might show off some of my virtual watch creations on occasion.
