After standing for more than 60 years, this block of flats in Dublin's south inner city was torn down.
The flats were the last to be torn down in the first phase of the regeneration of St Teresa's Gardens near The Coombe Hospital.
Although it was given the go-ahead for a regeneration project in 2012, having first been earmarked for work in 2005, the plan was delayed.
Funding for the project was provided in Budget 2014. Aall but two of the 16 blocks of flats torn down. Those blocks left standing will be refurbished: jrnl.ie/2971153
