That seems so tasty 🤤 I'm just struggling to understand what is "souse" exactly, like a broth? In the french Antilles (I'm french, from France) they have broth-like soups called "court-bouillon" made with fish, I'm wondering if it's similar ? Do you drink the rest of the "broth" as well ? Thanks for sharing your recipe ! 👌

I have never heard of this douse before. Wilks. What is this? Never heard of it. I’m not sure I will try this Sam. You cleaned it very well. I am liking that red bowl. My mouth is watering. My first time seeing this.

Yes! I had it in the Bahamas 🇧🇸 it was so good. We make souse with it in Vincy.
