Is it possible to do this without a heat press? What is the difference?
@StahlsTV
5 жыл бұрын
You would need a heat press as it adheres the heat transfer vinyl to the garment more securely so that it won't pucker. The finish will also be softer with using a heat press.

what about the heat press box, does that still show on darker garments?

As asked previously - What did this design use for the satin stitch density and pull compensation settings? Currently trying to do a white flock with a royal embroidered outline but it's leaving small white flecks around the whole logo. Stitches were at .37mm as recommended, and still happening when they're tightened up to .32mm (pull comp at 0.30mm).

@@StahlsTV The directions given on the website are great and they work well for the other colours that we've tried, but the white flock doesn't behave the same way. It's tougher to separate.

How could I use leather and or not come out?
@StahlsTV
10 ай бұрын
While we don't recommend leather for this process, you could use Thermo-FILM in Texas Orange to simulate the look of leather. www.stahls.com/heat-transfer-vinyl-thermo-film

If I don't have a heat press, can I use an iron to set the flock material?
@StahlsTV
6 жыл бұрын
We typically don't recommend using a home iron but if so you can probably get by.

Hi, does the twill appliqué (Stahls PS-Poly Twill) have to be cut and peeled first or can it be applied as a rip away appliqué? Thank you. I would love to hear you all's feedback.
@StahlsTV

Yes, it needs to be cut. We do offer a service to cut it for you if you don’t have the ability to do it yourself. Please visit www.stahls.com/custom-kiss-cut for more information.

Why does your method use fewer stitches?
@StahlsTV

Because it's not using embroidery stitches for the entire design.
