A colleague who makes Kydex holsters asked if we could make a stamp that would allow him to crisply mark his logo on his holsters! I said "sure!" not really knowing if we could but figured I'd give it a shot. He send over the DXF file, we used SolidWorks to clean it up, then SprutCAM to create our CAM toolpaths then machined the stamp on the Tormach PCNC!
We've only been able to test it on wood but I was happy with the results! I dropped it off with the customer last night and if he approves, we'll try to re-make a final version out of tool steel!
