After a few weeks of discussing Dutch cuisine, we’ve decided to immerse ourselves in it! This week, we are cooking one of the most popular winter dishes in The Netherlands, stamppot. We are cooking two versions, a classic, and a take on one of our favorite dishes from America.
It’s our first time cooking stamppot, so be gentle!
