This quick 10 minute yoga practice features several variations of the goddess poses and other standing poses that will challenge your balance, push your limits and hopefully leave you feeling invigorated and energized :)
As always, you can practice this standing sequence without a yoga mat, just make sure the surface you are standing on is stable and your feet don't slide. It's better to practice barefoot but if you don't have the opportunity to take off your shoes, feel free to try with the shoes.
