This standing pilates workout uses light weights to help sculpt and tone your muscles! With a focus on pilates core strength/stability, alignment, and balance, this routine will challenge and work your whole body.
With the type of movements we’ll be doing, only 2-3 pound weights will be needed. The combination of the balance work with light weights makes for a challenging workout that will improve strength in the core, lower and upper body. This is perfect for beginner/intermediate levels, and can be modified by using no weights at all.
This pilates standing strength workout is part of a Pilates Sculpt and Tone 30-Day series, but you do not need to do the series to complete this workout. It’s perfect as a standalone standing pilates routine as well!
