A good scene. We did not often get a chance in TNG to see Worf as a mentor and instructor to other crew.

The lower decks crew was so damn good. It’s a shame they didn’t build out a junior crew to start to phase out the old cast and let the damn series just continue forever. No fictional environment has ever felt more like home to me more than the Enterprise-D and I could have feasted on adventures lasting forever.

Something about this entire episode really got my emotions worked up. I felt very bad when this pretty little Bajoran died.

@ccpickre Wasn't she one of the broads with Shut Up Wesley and "Tom Paris" that fucked up and killed that kid at the academy? I mean I get that, but TNG shit on Bajorans.

Is this from TNG or DS9? I don't recall seeing it before, so I'm guessing DS9. What episode?

I know this comment is 3 years old, but Worf is teaching that people should have the courage to speak up if they feel that they're being judged unfairly.

It's more than that. She's the same cadet who was part of Wesley's squad who caused the accident in which a friend of them died. After she graduated, Picard asked for her so she could have a fair treatment, but many people would misjudge her. Worf tried to teach her to speak up whenever she felt that she was being treated unfairly.
