If the ships attacked by the mystery vessel are transported elsewhere, why is there wreckage left behind? To prevent searches for the ships, by making it look as if they've been destroyed?

Maybe it's like in Voyager where the abrupt relocation doesn't take the entire ship?

@@RogbodgeVideo The Caretaker array damaged Voyager so badly that several of the crew died before getting to the Delta Quadrant. they didn't show if this left a debris field, but... it was substantial damage all the same.

Can I just say? I am catching up on "Lower Decks" S4 E3 as I type this. The premise in the beginning is "Ring World", a novel by author Larry Niven. In fact, the author wrote many novels exploring this concept. Please Google, and if interested, enjoy those works as I did as a teenage geek.

Haven’t seen any episodes this season but from the clips I wondered if these ships were being transported to the Mirror Universe, but as others have pointed out we saw wreckage. My best guess now is Mirror Mariner is on the mystery ship and is bringing aliens to Mirror Universe to fight the Terran Empire which is lead by Boimler or Captain Freeman.

Betting on William Boimler and Section 31 somehow has something to do with the Mystery Ship. Nice to hear that Prodigy will be on Netflix.

This was a fantastic episode that, in fun ways, shows us that our assumption that it was the 3 AI's behind the attacks, it is something/body else...and we get more info in the end. It also begins to give some story advancement- resolution to those same 3 AI's while showing how much our main characters have learned. I found this a VERY good episode that leaves me craving in anticipation of more and how the season will go from here and be resolved. I think it was, indeed, a big episode. 9/10.

Good review Nick! BTW.. Loving my Galaxy Lamp!!! . Awesome news about Prodigy! I really hope it gets the attention it deserves on Netflix!! This episode of Lower Decks is my least favorite episode of the ENTIRE series. I really disliked it. Not one laugh and I thought the premise was silly, even for Lower Decks! Badgey should have been a one episode joke. One and done. I don't think he works as a reoccurring character, in my oh so humble opinion. And please... no more Goodgey. Oddly, I don't mind Peanut Hamper or Agimus nearly as much, but feel they should be used sparingly. Keep up the good work, sir!

I’m more excited about prodigy, getting saved than ST: LD right now, mainly because I like prodigy, Morris, an animated show, even though I get different audiences, ones for “kid” type audience, and the others for a more “adult “audience. It’s great that prodigy got saved because it’s a really underrated Star Trek show overall, that I think everybody can enjoy on some level.

I'm glad Prodigy has found a home on Netflix, hopefully if the rumour is true that Lower Decks is also in somewhat trouble, that Netflix picks them up too. Regarding this episode, it was enjoyable, but I didn't find any major laugh out loud moments here, a lot of smirks and smiles, but no LOL's.

I'm less excited about Prodigy, I've only watched about half of season 1 of Voyager and saw that in Prodigy Janeway is a hologram maybe to give advice? Janeway is the last person I would want advice from and Voyager was a terrible show from what I could stomach. Once the dessert race of brown skinned people who only wanted replicators and were denied to the point of destroying the crews only way home come back and are apparently hunting down the Voyager for no reason really but that brown skinned dessert people are evil? I was done. Exposition plot solutions everywhere, and Janeway was a ridiculous person and horrible captain. And the token Indian guy, I honest hate that show.
