Fun Fact: George Lucas had his own version of the Fox Logo made for the 1997 Special Editions and subsequent Prequel Trilogy, as he did not like how the camera moved on the 1994 Logo, preferring the 2D dimensional original logo, so he made a new logo which had the graphics and colors of the 1994 Logo, but the 2D look and empty sky of the original logo

It’d be pretty dope if Disney had John Williams conduct an orchestral rendition of “Wish Upon a Star” in (I think) G-Minor, to be played over Cinderella’s castle with spotlights and a sky background.

Why does the phantom menace 20th century fox logo looks different than the rest of them(1994 version)?
@AndrewChapman
7 жыл бұрын
Different colour palette I guess. Although I must admit, I actually like how The Phantom Menace 20th Century Fox logo has a different colour palette to the other five movies. Mainly because The Phantom Menace is meant to be Episode I and actually works well if you're watching the movies in I-VI order. It would kind of feel like The Phantom Menace really did come first even though it was actually the fourth Star Wars movie to be filmed. Of course, I wouldn't have been too bothered if the logo had looked the same as in the other five movies.

I'm hoping they get permission to use the fanfare, because it has been an integral part of the movies since the beginning.
8 жыл бұрын
+Audrey Seddon It's not about permission. Do you think Disney wants a fanfare of a rival studio just because it's iconic? Never going to happen. The new digital collections of the existing movies are already stripped of the fanfare, with the exception of Original Star Wars from 1977 because Fox still owns the rights to that one.

Because they're using a 1977 print of a recording from 1954. Here's a link to a restored version of the 1954 fanfare: kzitem.info/news/bejne/26tnrJxjnniXgJw
