I believe you could also test different coffee grind sizes. Perhaps you can achieve the best state most suitable for these coffee beans. I really like you and your videos, including the background music, which is also great! I hope you can update more videos. By the way, I think if I were to take it out, my choice would be the same as yours.☺

That’s a great idea, maybe testing each grind size will be a future video! I definitely want to elaborate more on the grinder because I feel like it didn’t get enough attention in this one. I’m so glad you like the videos and music- thank you so much!!😊

I agree with some of the other comments and stick a scale under the cup and try a 1:2 to 1:3 ratio in the cup. Though it’s hard to judge on screen, it looks like you’re getting 100ml+ of coffee in that little mug.

Cool video, but remember that espresso is a 1:1 to maybe a 1:5 at most as far as ratio. I pull my shots in the middle of that, at a 1:2.5, 18 grams in and 45 grams out. Do to the ratio you used, you are getting more like an Americano. The taste is good because the coffee is good. Regardless, have it your way, and have fun with it. Again, cool video.

@@OmnielCapote I went with the company’s suggested amount of water, but you’re totally right, doing a traditional espresso ratio might help the consistency a lot. I’ll give that a try!

Comparing with a kingrinder k6 would you still choose this electric grinder? I’m looking for a new portable grinder for espresso 😅

@@mariooliveira6974 I’ve never used a k6, I’m sorry!! I will say that I really like this grinder and would recommend it generally. The only other grinder in this general price range I’ve had is a hario and I far prefer this Staresso to that.
