This is an awesome video and those jalapeños were perfectly executed. I’m gonna listen to this video while I’m going to sleep and listen to your soft, silky voice explain planting to me.

In the future, go ahead and pot up all of the seedlings. Sometimes they don't live to make it to the garden. You forgot to water one, the cat got one, one damped off - you never know. You can always give them away. Also, always label what you plant. I don't use the jiffy pellets or pots. I use take-out clamshell containers and often divide the soil into 4-6 sections within the clamshell. Then I sow whatever seeds and use masking tape on the top to label what I've sowed. Make sure you use indoor potting soil with perlite and still sterilize it with boiling water/hydrogen peroxide 3:1. Then let it cool and dry up a bit to transplant. This way you are less likely to get fungus gnats. Have a wonderful journey in your gardening and You-Tubing! Edited to add: determinate tomatoes simply means they grow to a finite height whereas indeterminate tomatoes can keep growing indefinitely. As long as you harvest the fruit, they'll both keep producing until frost kills them.

Thank you for all the information! I’ll make sure to make use of it all. Also I had no idea some determinate tomatoes produced all year so thanks for the heads up! I got rid of the jeffy pots as well, they soak up all the water and dry out the plants so I won’t use them ever again.

@@Evan.Hardy10 They don't produce all year, just until frost kills them. When I lived in SoCal, I had tomatoes until Christmas. Now I live in Idaho and they're pretty much done in October. Pepper plants can be dug up, pruned, potted up and wintered over (got to keep watering them and giving them light) and replanted the next season after hardening off. Usually you can only get 2 seasons out of them.
