Before more structured training for the fall marathon season begins, I'm hoping to develop a leg strength program that can become part of my routine. It's been about twenty years since I've done plyometrics, so I'm a bit rusty (and at a bit of a loss at to exactly what I need to do), but we've all got to start somewhere. This is my start.
note: this falls into the goes-without-saying category, but just in case, I will specify that I am not a running coach, strength coach, plyometrics expert, or a health care provider/professional.
