The first movement out of the ‘hole’ is: knees going backward as hips go back/up, while shoulders remain in place. This is called “knee slide” and apparent on reps 1 and 3. Rip has some videos on how to fix it. Good luck!

No lol, "knee slide" happens when the lifter doesn't set their knees forward soon enough, and they keep going forward throughout the entire descent. What you're talking about is keeping the knees forward as he initiates the ascent which he could improve a little. I'd bury it another inch or so but some good squats

Keep your back TIGHT the whole rep. This is assisted by reaching the pelvis as far posteriorly as possible, thus activating the hamstrings, adductors, spinal erectors and more gluteus

Another inch down to go.....I think quite tidy otherwise. So hard to conform perfectly with every rep.
