Whenever he’s in front of the camera, he’s well spoken, well mannered and he inspires his fans and ppl out there to be a better person and not just a body builder. The way he conducts himself just goes to show why he won so much Olympias.

All good and all but growing up with brothers that had gear running there body for decades makes the enthusiasm and drive and gusto a lot easier then non gear heads. Of course the psychie is real if the gear shows you growing daily as opposed to yrs of real hard work. Not downing gear but it’s def a helper to stay motivated 💪🏼

Phil's quote about being willing to 'starve for greatness' highlights the idea that success often requires sacrifice and discipline. In my experience, those who have faced hardship and scarcity may have a stronger work ethic and dedication to their goals because they understand the value of hard work and sacrifice. I've observed this in the corporate world and I admire the dedication that these individuals display. It's important to acknowledge though that everyone's experience and circumstances are different, but resilience, perseverance, and dedication can certainly contribute to success.

What I really don't understand about body building is that always they talk about food discipline supplements. But they never talk about the drugs that comes with it you have to tell the truth about bodybelbing.
