Still living your griddle? It’s on sale now and thinking about getting it. Question, I saw the burned left over on top of the griddle at then end. Was that easy to clean? Also is it scratch resistant and durable?

Yeah, still living it. The top is just list a cast iron pan. So that burned mark with a little water while it’s still hot comes right off. You maintain it just like a cast iron pan so it’s ultra durable with that maintenance program.

How's the clean up on this bad boy? I really wanted to the Evo but at $3500 tag, I am considering other options. How quick does it heat up and does it maintain that temp?

Heats in in 5 minutes plus or minus depending on how hot you’re trying to get it. You just pick a burner setting like a traditional gas grill so you have to play with the nobs to get your desired temp but for $200 you can’t beat the price. 5% of the cost of an EVO

It couldn’t have been more than 5-6 minutes. Just take it off when the internal temp hits 125F

How long did it take your grill to get to 600°? My 360 struggles to get that high.

Took me about 15 minutes. Just put the cover on it and it will help shorten the time it takes to warm up.

WARNING! If you buy one of these be sure to inspect every part carefully. If there is any damage to the main griddle body that includes the control box DO NOT contact the pathetic cuisinart support but return the entire thing for replacement. Mine came with damage to the drip tray and control box. Rather than replace the entire griddle body as originally supplied the idiots at cuisine art just replaced the drip tray and the control box sheet metal facia requiring me to disassemble the ENTIRE griddle body and control box to replace the parts. This with no instructions also. Assembly time went from 1 hour to 4 hours and lots of frustration

Fyi raw chicken next to vegetables is a No No! Otherwise your food looked Great.....
