There were a lot of excellent points in this video. I love how we can take this knowledge learned and simply adjust the seasonings that we like on our steaks and apply it to the process. That tip at the end with the butter and Worcestershire sauce was spot on. I simply love the "W" sauce. Also the color contrast with the potato's was a nice touch. I was concerned about them cooking through, but from the way it sounded it all simply worked. My local "Rouses Supermarket" will put the whole filet's on sale. The last time it was $9.99 a pound. The biggest issue for me is letting them steaks rest. I am always like "Ya'll got to rest enough" lets eat. Great Job!

@@TheFlatTopKing Not 100%, but pretty much. I don't like the rear grease drain on the Blackstone, and I want one with a cabinet. The reviews I was looking at on Blackstone's website the reviews for their cabinet models weren't great, lots of people complaining about parts not even fitting together right and it feeling cheaply made, etc. I like the Grilla Grills Primate tech wise, but it's just too small compared to the others to be $300 more expensive simply because it can also be a grass grill I would probably never use. The Camp Chef doesn't come with a cabinet, and even if it did, I don't like the front trough / tiny grease hole. For the Pit Boss, I'm a tad leery of the ceramic surface, and the shelves look too low, but I like everything else about it. Grease drain is nice and big and in a good place, the ceramic does mean if I leave it out for aw hile without using it I don't have to worry about it rusting, it has a nifty compartment for the paper towel roll so the rain or wind can't mess with your paper towels, storage drawer. Your videos prove you can cook great food on it, and even get away with using metal utensils - not that I'm going to use metal, as I don't have the muscle memory of probably tens of thousands of griddle cooks like you do. The Pit Boss just seems to be the one that pisses me off the least, I guess.
@TheFlatTopKing

AHAHAHAHHA LOVE the last sentence....The side shelves are lower but honestly its a bonus for me....your not worried about things getting too hot..I did not like the paper towel gadget at first...just thought unnecessary but now i love it...Understandable about metal....use a good wooden scraper and you will be fine...less oil is better...clean like a skillet in your house..
