Great video. Going to try it next week. Was your charcoal spread out and you did have coals fully lit?. Love your videos. Beep up the great work!

Give it a try! I did evenly spread the coals out on the grate. The initial chimney was fully lit, then I added about a half chimney of unlit coals on top. I waited about 15 minutes to get the grill hot. Anywhere from two to two and half minutes per turn will get the good sear marks. After that, make sure you get it raised up to get it off the hot grill grates. Let it ride until it is to your preferred doneness!
