Good concept. But two things. The sear should have been complete, and the onions sauteed, before adding to the gravy.

Ruin the steak by cooking to long. Should be pink in middle when cutting. Yours was 2 minutes away from being steak jerky!

Steak shouldn’t be well done ever! I question anyone’s sanity who eats steak completely cooked through 😑I’ll stick with cooking steak on my stovetop griddle on my Samsung has range...I can control the temp and get a steak like it’s supposed to be and put grill marks in it just like at a restaurant.
