Video Brother was on hand to witness newly resorted Western Maryland 1309 (form C&O) thunder up the grade from Cumberland to Frostburg Maryland. She is the last Baldwin Steam locomotive ever made, and one of the few remaining "compound" steam locomotives in the US. This means she uses her steam twice, once in the high-pressure cylinders, and again in the low-pressure cylinders. Special thanks to Rob and Katie for making this possible, as well as the "third rail". Filmed 5/28/22
