There aren't any who measure up to Clint Eastwood. So glad he was inducted into the Hall of Fame. ❤❤❤❤

He's my dad's favourite actor. Although i didn't watch his films particularly but i saw his acting whenever dad would watch his films, and so i like Eastwood and his persona, mainly because he reminds me of my late maternal Grandpa. They look very similar. Eastwood was so handsome but, that's just one aspect. He was compassionate and brilliantly talented and actors are just not made like him any more. ♥ Rest in piece, big guy.

Usually, a "Lifetime Achievement" award is the unspoken admission of having underestimated someone by the Academy. Most great figures of cinema never got an Oscar for their movies and were just very lately awarded with such a semi-posthumous award.

I worked for a woman who played piano for Mr. Eastwood at his lounge, she said that he was the best business man she had ever worked with. She would play the piano beautifully while I was working on her property

"I know what you're thinking, punk, you're thinking did he fire 6 shots or only 5? And to tell you the truth, I've forgotten myself in all this excitement, but being this a 44 magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world and would blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself a question, do I feel lucky? Well, do you, punk?!" -- Dirty Harry

One thing to remember is that Clint Eastwood always kept a healthy distance from that cesspool called Hollywood.

To me Clint is the kingpin of ppl that "do". Currently we have way too many ppl that only talk. We need more of his type and less of the whoopie joy b types. They are what's toxic to society, not masculinity!
