This video shows the Stena Hibernia entering and turning in the Port of Heysham.
The Stena Hibernia is a freight ferry operating between the Port of Heysham and Belfast. Heysham Port has a long history dating back to 1904 when the Antrim was the first ship to dock at the harbour. MS Stena Hibernia was commissioned in 1996 and has a capacity for 114 trailers.
Heysham South Pier Lighthouse has public access and offers a spectacular viewpoint to capture vessels entering and leaving the harbour.
The video was captured in stunning HDR 4K resolution on an iPhone 12 Pro with a handheld Osmo DJI Gimbal. Camera movement within the video was a result of incorrect use of the panning control!
