I like your level of understanding with your staff brother. One can tell they aren't scared but respect you. Thus, they build their hearts out for you. Bravo Bro...

Those guys were complaining saying that I complain a lot. I'm going to show them your comment and use it to demand an apology from them. That will work, thanks my brother. I was working closely with the guys and helping out with the labour so it become a team effort and more so since I was also including their technical input in the decision making. But I would remind them occasionally that I'm the person who makes the final decision on any implementation, despite the relaxed nature of how we were doing things, and they seem to have understood and respected that.

You did thorough research, you know exactly what you need and how it has to be. Am impressed

Thanks and that's true but even with all the research they were still a lot of unknowns, meaning I did not go into this project knowing everything. Some things I got to know about during the build but I expected to be surprised and it was fun to live through the surprises. The reason I videoed everything is to help others who are busy researching to get an idea of everything needed to put up something similar.

I was about to say, as they off load the bricks, are they not breaking. My heart would ache seing how they are spilling them from the wheelbarrow, but I see you have mentioned it at the end of the video that breakage was minimal

I think there were less than 100 bricks that broke out of 17 000 and we used all of the broken bricks for half brick whenever it was needed. But yeah seeing them being thrown around does create a weird feeling in the system. It makes money flash in front of the eyes and appear as if it's being thrown away and then the mind becomes depressed while it daydreams about how this imagined money could have been better spent on other less stressful but more meaningful things. But it's just the childish side of the imagination. I ignored it.

😂😂😂, We have to make space my brother. Plus things change. Todays plan is just tomorrows dream but since dreams are known to be unpredictable we should make changes.

What course did u study in varsity?

I'm nor sure if varsity can ever help with this kind of stuff. Probably only the internet can assist and this channel is just one contribution to the collective knowledge. There's plenty more out there currently resting in 1s and 0s waiting to be beamed to you. It should be possible for anyone who is genuinely interested in building a house in South Africa to find all information on the world wide web in the same way that I did and that this channel is making a contribution to the already existing knowledge pool although there might be issues with the delivery.
