Provide chemical solution and cleaning material for cleaning the band saw in the Butchery kitchen.
Always unplug power before starting to clean the band saw.
Disassemble and wash all removable parts in a hot solution of liquid detergent in the pot washing sink. Flush with clean water to remove loose soil.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Dip all parts in sanitizer solution.
Wash all stationary parts of the machine with hot soapy water, rinse clean.
Spray all surfaces with a 200-400 ppm solution of quaternary ammonium sanitizer for food contact surface.
Allow to air dry.
Reassemble all parts.
