Hi Tony, Cracking tunnel and build video but I'm confused as to why the frame needed hot spot tape but the wiggle wire channel didn't, I can see it would be a nightmare to apply to the channel however surely the aluminium channel will heat up in the sun just as the steel tube will ?, or am I missing something.

Great job tony👍I’m modifying the polytunnel I got, replacing the zipped green cover with proper polythene sheet, concrete in with off cuts metal tubes, (the cheap blows way polytunnel never comes with any foundation tubes, no anchor plates whatsoever) make your own wooden doors, base rail etc, never want to do it again but I know if you want to do it do it properly and it’s gonna stay won’t get the lift from the cheap zipped covers!! great professional quality work. I'm not sure those holes are a smart idea, unless you cut them with a hot knife, because those will give surface area for a tear to run. Though it is a great concept, particularly if you can't simply lift the sides due to pest pressure.
