Mariamyupperz two years ago the main writer for the show wanted to reboot a different world sitcom again but had and is still having a hard time in getting the green light to go ahead with it....it would be cool to have another awesome sitcom like this on tv again

Just black women, or other women that wear them too? Why so much focus on our beauty regimens and no one else's? This ish getting old.
@MammaKush88

@bravebear6975 because our "beauty regiment" memics one that is unnatural to our phenotype. You're right, though... it's really getting old to see BW coveting the traits of other groups.

When It's A Different World first aired. Some of us who was in high school watch this show. It actually influenced us to enroll in college after highschool. Bill Cosby did state that getting a higher education is good for our youth. Today I do talk to the youth about college.

Hi! I'm just seeing this video in my timeline today 5/30/21. To your comment about dressing fly: I know what you mean as I am a FAMU Rattler alumni. I was there from '91-'93. I don't know about the guys, but I personally knew ALOT of young women whose parents gave them money, used their school loans to stay dressed fly, women who shoplifted or dated guys for money. Not kidding.🤷🏽♀️
