My best shooting games came on nights I was broke during shoot around and warn ups then I'd come out red hot. Then nights I'd be hot at shoot around and warm ups and be feeling great and then couldn't buy a bucket in the game

I’m no Steph Curry but I did hit 70% out of 110 NBA three attempts one day and when you get hot the feel changes. I think it’s just calibration until it sets in. Steph calibrates at a whole different level man!

in any sport, warm-ups are where you want to fail. if you're an athlete in any sport that you take seriously, you want to get those fails out of your system. it's just what it is. but when you step out on game day, you're ready.

Bro don't bark if you don't know. It's a part of the warmup. He was wearing weights on his ribs and he was intentionally shooting from the corner with power because the distance of the corner is less as compared to middle. So not to get exhausted before the game he was shooting with power so that it can easily help him to make threes from middle. Watch the game highlights and then speak anything.

As a basketball player I have to say that sometimes making the shot is not always the most important thing. He could be working on this footwork or on court vision or on the quickness of release.

What funny is when I used to play, I was pretty terrible at outside shots just playing around, but in an actual game I got much better. If I had someone on me as apposed to a pretty open 3 I was even better, still not awesome, but decent. He just needed some pressure.
